Training Philosophy
MITS Football provides specific, in-depth and personalised training for players of all ages and ability. As players require more individualised training outside of their club football, our private and semi-private sessions are intense yet educational, allowing our players to obtain game-related skills that are applicable to all aspects of the world game.

Meet The Coaches
Jayden Vella
Jayden is an enthusiastic, proactive and well educated junior football coach. His love for coaching began at the age of 16, stemming from his commitment and love for playing football.
He currently coaches multiple high level teams at Green Gully Soccer Club in their National Premier League setup. He has also captained Green Gully at multiple age groups as well, highlighting his skillful playing ability.
His adaptive and collaborative approach has enabled him to create an engaging environment for players, providing fast tracked progress and enjoyment. He has coached a variety of age groups, with a wide range of skill competency, helping these players progress into the next stages of their playing career.
Mitch Baroch
Mitch began coaching at the age of 15, being involved with a family full of coaches across multiple areas of sport. He captained local National Premier League club Green Gully across multiple age groups, before adapting to senior football in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne at Boroondara Carey Eagles.
His coaching experiences have ranged from the Green Gully Miniroos program, to Firsts Schoolboys Soccer programs at Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School, to coaching some of the best young players in the state of Victoria at FC Select Academy, through to assisting in State League 1 Seniors.
This wide array of coaching roles has provided Mitch with the versatility, adaptive nature and rapport building that will aid the development of any player who he coaches.
