Online Personal and Group Training Sessions

At MITS, we offer online personal and group sessions via zoom with our head trainers to guide and motivate you through your training sessions. Our sessions are beneficial to allow our coaches to correct technique, keep in touch with clients or athletes and provide constant feedback and live communication.

 

Online Training Programs

Our online training programs consist of a 2-week rotating training program designed to keep the mind and body stimulated with the changing of exercises. No matter the age or ability of our clients, our programs are designed to meet their current needs and accelerate them towards their goals. Also, with a lot of our athletes based across the globe, we offer online sessions to assist in providing optimal load management throughout their growth and development stages, help to improve athletic performance, reduce injury risk, and assist them in fulfilling their athletic potential in their chosen sports.

 

Online Nutrition Plans

Within our nutrition plans, we provide a plan of 7 days worth of food, each day being different to the next to provide the clients with a level of variety that keeps their diet interesting & refreshing. This is to be followed for a two week period before we update this plan to keep you feeling satisfied. Our plans are designed to complement your training regime and to maximise results during your journey whether that be for body recomposition or athletic purposes.
